Mechanical
Ravi Green Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd. has extended a wide range of projects involving; engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction and, startup activities. With the capability to provide these services to plants of diversified range such as Petrochemical, Food, Sugar, Cement, Fertilizer, Chemical and LPG Facilities etc.
Full range of services for Equipment Erection, Installation & Commissioning including; rigging study, safety checklists, load charts, leveling, grouting, hook-ups to existing plant and equipment (provided for all kinds of rotary and stationary equipments), and all types of pipe work including but not limited to carbon steel, stainless steel and alloys steel.
The services also include pre-fabrication and erection of bolted or welded; light, medium and heavy steel structures. Such as Flares, Sheds, HV/LV Towers, Pipe Racks, Access Platforms, Pipe Supports, Brackets and Conveyors etc. Facilities are available to undertake prefabrication activities at workshop, and assembly at plants site.
Civil
With extensive experience in Civil, Insulation, Sand Blasting and Painting works, Ravi Green Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd. has within its core a team of, highly experienced supervisors, to manage the contracts. And the entire requisite Tool & Plant to carry out these activities.
Manufacturing
Ravi Green Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd. has extensive experience in construction of all types of Pressure Vessels, Storage Tanks (floating roof, fixed pontoons, spherical tanks etc.) suitable to a wide range of service such as; water, oil, chemicals and LPG etc. We have the capacity to undertake the full job on a turnkey basis. Our production capabilities, of plate bending and shell fabrication facility, can be compared with any leading manufacturer in the Country. Facilities for handling, press bending, plate rolling, tig and arc welding, and plasma cutting in addition to extensive machinery capability are available.
